Then we worked backwards. We took her existing internal presentations and repurposed them into a $97 live workshop — a quick-and-dirty front-end offer designed to identify buyers, not generate revenue. We kept it lean: Google Doc sales page, simple registration, no fancy tech.

For traffic, we launched to her small email list and promoted through LinkedIn, getting engagement from her network to boost visibility. The workshop itself converted a handful of attendees — low double digits. Not a huge number. But that was never the point.

From there, we built a simple email follow-up sequence focused on trust, proof, and a call-to-action to book a free consultation. Five of the workshop attendees booked calls. Two were a fit and closed at $7,500/month each. A third attendee who wasn't ready to buy referred another client who also closed at $7,500/month.
