Growth Models courses, eBooks, and trainings are not for those looking for a quick way to earn millions. This isn’t a get rich quick scheme, it requires consistent effort and action on your part.
Here’s how our refund policies break down.
eBook refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all eBooks created by Growth Models and hosted directly with us.
If you’d like a refund, you’ll need to email us the following:
- Your original receipt
- The reason for the refund (so we can better improve processes/products moving forward)
Send these through and we’ll process your refund minus any taxes, shipping, or other ancillary costs out of our control.
Course refunds
For courses, you also get a 14 day refund period. However, this is a questions asked guarantee.
If you take the training seriously and apply yourself to the lessons but are unable to see results that improve your business, you should send your request to pete (at) GrowthModels.co, with the below information.
- Include your full name and the email address you used when registering, buying, or signing up (so we can find you in our system)
- Include a copy of your receipt or the transaction number
- Include clear evidence of your effort and the actions you’ve taken in the 14-day period
- Do so within thirty (14) days of purchasing, which you will know based on the date on your receipt
We reserve the right to offer a partial refund at our own discretion. We reserve the right to refuse refunds.
If you can show proof of the above and are either unhappy with your purchase or aren’t seeing the results you expected then we’ll happily process your refund. This is the only circumstance where refunds will be given, and when you sign up for any training material, you agree to this refund policy.
“Buyer’s remorse” is not a reason for a refund. GrowthModels courses are step-by-step guides walking you through how to set up a real business.
Membership Refunds
Because of the digital nature of the deliverable, we’re unable to process any refunds. However, you are able to cancel your subscription at any time.
In effect, you pay in advance for the product for that month. If you cancel today, you will still have access to the products until the end of the current month.
For example, if you pay on the 28th of every month and cancel your subscription on February the 14th, you will still receive access until February the 28th whereupon your payments and access will cease.
Template pack refunds
Due to the nature of the template pack product, we are unable to offer refunds.
Upon purchase you receive access to the pack and there is no way to then limit your access.
As such, all purchases are final.
