How I help brands grow

There’s 3 different ways I’m able to help clients that align with my approach. These methods are essentially the same offer (improving growth) but at 3 different levels of engagement.

Regardless of the level, all clients and potential clients first get a free strategy call with me to understand where their highest potential fixes are.

in that call, we also discuss if working with me will help and, if so, at which level.

Growth Audits

With the growth audits I essentially analyse your growth strategy and create a comprehensive, step-by-step action plan that can be handed off to your team to action improvements.

Ideal for

Companies who want someone to produce a growth plan and highlight the highest impact fixes with their strategy, but then want to action those changes independently and in-house.

Typical engagement

A one-time fee which ranges from $3000 – $10,000 depending on the scale of your business and number of channels that need to be analysed.

Growth Advisor

This is essentially a part-time or fractional head of growth. I’ll work alongside your team as an advisor to create a high-impact growth strategy and fill the gaps in your current approaches.

Ideal for…

Brands who have an internal team or who want to grow their internal team, and need an experienced growth leader to create and oversee the strategy.

Typical engagement

An ongoing retainer fee for a set number of hours/days per month. These engagements usually run anywhere between 3 months and have extended as long as 18 months.

Outsourced Growth team

If you don’t have the team and want the job done, I can handle the entire process for you.

While I work as a solo consultant, I have a little black book of some incredible contractors and channel specialists I can bring in to handle the work for you.

We’ll build the system and set it up to run so you can continue collecting the revenue rewards.

Ideal for…

Companies who want to set up a system for growth without having to go through the internal red tape, or who have a team that currently can’t take on the extra workload of creating a new approach.

Think of us as an external growth department.

Typical engagement

Depending on the needs, this is either a project-based fee paid in instalments or an ongoing monthly fee where we work towards goals we set.
