Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Growthmodels (“Growthmodels,” “we,” “us,” “our”), operated by Vagrants, Vagabonds, and Villains Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By purchasing a product, joining the community, using our AI systems, or otherwise using Growthmodels, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. What We Offer

Growthmodels is a paid community where members access AI systems, skills, and workflows we build (including but not limited to content engines, copywriting systems, ads systems, and publishing tools), together with deployment support and community discussion. We also publish a public repository of free AI skills at the GM+ repo, and may release courses, templates, guides, and other digital products from time to time. Specific scope, access level, and pricing for each offering are described at the point of sale.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from or join Growthmodels. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Community Membership

Paid community membership grants access to private spaces, member-only AI systems, deployment support, events, and fellow members for the duration of your active subscription. We may remove members who breach the Community Rules published inside the community, harass other members, share members-only material publicly, or use the community to promote competing offers without permission. Removal for breach does not entitle you to a refund.

4. AI Systems, Skills, and Digital Products

AI systems, skills, workflows, templates, courses, and other digital products provided by Growthmodels are licensed to you for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share member-only material. Public GM+ repo content is released under the licence terms stated in that repository.

We may update, modify, or retire individual AI systems at any time. Deployment support is provided on a best-effort basis through the community.

Information, examples, and educational content provided by Growthmodels are for general guidance only and are not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice specific to your situation. You are responsible for decisions you make based on that information and for the output of any AI system you deploy in your own environment.

5. Connected Third-Party Accounts

Some Growthmodels AI systems let you connect third-party accounts (including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others) via each platform’s official API. When you connect an account, you authorise Growthmodels to publish, read, or interact with that account on your behalf, within the scopes you grant at the time of connection.

You remain solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of each connected platform, including platform content policies and rate limits. Growthmodels is not responsible for actions taken by those platforms against your connected accounts (including suspension, content removal, or rate-limiting). You may disconnect any account at any time from your Growthmodels settings, which revokes our access.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Growthmodels services, systems, or content for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share member-only content or AI systems without written permission
• Use our AI systems or connected third-party integrations to produce or publish content that is infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit (unless permitted by the connected platform), or that violates the policies of any connected platform
• Harass, abuse, or defame other members, staff, or third parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with our website, community platforms, or AI systems
• Use Growthmodels to send spam or conduct unsolicited outreach

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account or membership without refund.

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you post inside the Growthmodels community, create using our AI systems, or submit to us in the course of support (“Your Content”). By using Growthmodels, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the community, delivering the services, and providing you with support. Anonymised learnings and aggregated patterns may be used in Growthmodels content and teaching.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Our Intellectual Property

All AI systems, skills, workflows, course material, templates, frameworks, written content, recordings, software, trademarks, logos, and other materials produced by Growthmodels (excluding Your Content and anything explicitly released under an open licence) are the property of Vagrants, Vagabonds, and Villains Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use them within the scope of your purchase or membership. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except where permitted by the licence attached to a specific asset (for example, items in the public GM+ repo).

9. Fees and Refunds

Paid memberships and products are billed in advance on a recurring or one-off basis as disclosed at the point of sale. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available on the Growthmodels website.

10. Termination

You may cancel your membership or subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue an offering. On termination, your right to access member-only content, AI systems, and community spaces ends; sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Disclaimers

All services, AI systems, content, and community access are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our website, AI systems, or community platforms will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you will achieve any particular business or financial outcome from our systems, products, or information.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vagrants, Vagabonds, and Villains Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of Growthmodels. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the services, the community, or the products will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the one month preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vagrants, Vagabonds, and Villains Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of our services, AI systems, or products.

14. Changes to Offerings or Terms

We may modify our offerings, AI systems, or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Growthmodels after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, our services, our community, or our products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available on the Growthmodels website.
