I was a lurker on social sites for years, never really trusting myself to share anything.
When I did try, I was always profoundly disappointed because I’d end up with a paltry few shares and no real results.
However, over the last 6 months I’ve been sharing more actively on communities and networks to figure out how to leverage the existing intent and audience base to generate traffic and sales for my own offers.
This method was at the core of my recent $1 Product Challenge Launch.
It not only was the primary case study that forms the basis of the challenge, but it also helped me make thousands of dollars by attracting buyers from sites and platforms that usually allow “no promotions”.
I used this strategy to share a post to a relevant subreddit.
That post got ~250,000 impressions, 280 upvotes, over 100 comments, and was shared over 1000 times.

That post alone helped generate thousands of visits to my sales page.

Which in turn led to a number of sales coming through.

This system is a much faster way to get results on social because it cuts out several elements that are completely outside of your control.
It’s a more direct method of getting your offer in front of your ideal users.
Of course, going into a relevant community and saying “buy my thing” isn’t going to work though.
You have to know how to game the system and turn boring posts that people ignore into interest-generating pieces that, even when there’s no direct CTA, have people reaching out to you with DMs like the below.







These people have effectively raised their hand to say “I’m interested in this” which means they’re primed for the sale.
All I then have to do is follow up with the right responses.
