How the seven months work
Month one, your plan.
We start with your intake form and a one-hour welcome call, where we go through your answers together and fill in anything a form can't capture.
Within 7 days of that call, your Growth Strategy Roadmap lands, built from your revenue, your conversion numbers, your assets and our conversation, with the order you'll tackle it in.
Months two to seven, the install.
You build it stage by stage, starting with the stage costing you the most. I'm in your messages whenever you need a decision or a second opinion, and on two drop-in calls a week.
Every quarter, a one-to-one.
We sit down together, check your numbers against the plan, and set the next quarter's focus.
Exactly what you get
- A custom Growth Strategy Roadmap, applied to your business with my personal feedback (it sells for $997 on its own)
- Private reviews of your ads, emails, pages and campaigns by message, with a reply within 24 working hours, and a Loom walkthrough when it needs more than a message
- Two live drop-in calls every week, an hour each. Send your questions ahead and we get straight to the answers
- A one-hour welcome call, where we go through your business before your Roadmap is built
- A one-to-one strategy session every quarter
- Full GM+ membership, including the ACCER course, the weekly teaching call and the member community
The investment
The first month is $1,500. That covers your Roadmap and the work we do together turning it into your plan.
From month two it's $2,500 a month for six months, then month to month for as long as it's useful to you.
In total, that’s $16,500 for 7 months of custom support for your business’s growth.
Cancelling
If the first month isn't right for you, tell me within 30 days and you won't pay anything further, and the strategy we work on is yours to keep. From month two, you're committed to the six months of the install.
The $1,500 first payment isn't refunded.
After the six months, it's month to month and you can cancel any time.
